SwiftSiteMedia is a small website business. We build and manage websites for owner-run local companies — the kind of business where the owner is on the job all day and answering the phone in between.
It started because quotes for a basic business website were coming back at a few thousand dollars with a two-month timeline, and the alternative was a site builder the owner never had time to finish. Neither of those is useful when you just need a page that tells people what you do and how to reach you.
So the offer stays simple: three plans, starting at $299 to build and $99 a month to host and maintain, and we do the work instead of handing you a login. You send us your services and photos, we write and build the site, you tell us what to fix, and we don't charge you until you're happy with it.
We're also clear about what we don't take on. No online stores, no taking over a site somebody else built, no moving sites to outside hosting, and no do-it-yourself editing access. Keeping the scope narrow is why the price stays where it is and the turnaround stays short.
Questions we get asked
How much does a website cost?
There are three plans. Basic is $299 to build and $99/month, Professional is $599 to build and $149/month, and Premium is $899 to build and $199/month.
Is the build fee a one-time payment?
Yes. The build fee is charged once, when you approve the finished site. The monthly fee is separate and ongoing.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, your SSL certificate, backups, security and uptime monitoring, and any content changes you send us. It's required to keep the site online.
When do I pay?
After you've seen the site and approved it. We build first. If you don't want the site, you don't pay for it.
How long does it take?
Most sites are ready for review within 48 hours of getting your information. Revisions add however long it takes you to send feedback.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as you need before launch. We keep adjusting until you approve it.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes, and we'd prefer it. Photos of your actual work and equipment do more for you than stock images.
What if I need a change after launch?
Email us the change and we make it. That's part of the monthly plan, not a separate invoice.
Can I edit the site myself?
No. We don't hand out editor access — changes come to us and we make them. If managing your own site is what you want, we're not the right fit.
Do you host the site?
Yes. We host every site we build. We don't transfer sites to outside hosting companies.
I already have a website. Can you fix or redesign it?
No. We only build new sites. We don't take over, repair, or redesign an existing site.
Can you build an online store?
No. We don't build ecommerce or take payments on your site. If selling online is the goal, you'll want a different provider.
Do you work outside your area?
Yes. Everything is handled over email and phone, so where you're located doesn't matter.
